My rates for work performed are $90 per hour with a two hour minimum. Initial consultation is free.

I also have a procurement fee of 7.5% for purchases of goods and/or services. This helps to compensate for the time that I invest in assessing your needs and matching them up with available technology.

• For tangible items, the fee is applied to the net sale price (before shipping and taxes).
• For monthly services such as phone service, Internet service, etc, then the fee is applied to the value of the monthly service multiplied by 12 months.

In cases where I actually perform the purchase for you on your behalf, then a deposit in the amount of the purchase, plus my procurement fee  is required. Any subsequent labor will be billed separately. In many cases, I have purchasing leverage which can help to offset your procurement fee.

Remote support is available. With your permission I can remote into your computer and assist you. My rate for general remote support is $75 per hour. If the support session is more network engineering then general support, then my rate will be $90 per hour. There is only a one hour minimum for remote support.

I do work full time during the day, and that job must always take precedence. Please understand that I cannot walk away from my job in the middle of the day. The good news is that if I set up your network, then you should not have any significant issues with it.
